Former kickboxer and social media influencer Andrew Tate has been sitting in a Romanian prison since December 29, 2022, on suspicion of human trafficking, rape, and forming an organized crime group. However, new evidence suggests that he was framed.

Tate and his brother Tristan, along with two other alleged partners, had been under investigation since April of the same year after at least six women came forward with claims that they had been sexually exploited. The women accused the Tates of creating an organized crime group with the purpose of recruiting, housing, and exploiting women by forcing them to create pornographic content for specialized websites.
But recently, the Twitter account @ShaykhSulaiman (Sulaiman Ahmed) tweeted “verified messages” that were leaked, showing that the women accusing Tate and his cadre of criminal activity set the whole thing up to frame him. According to the tweets, the women brainwashed the Tates into believing they loved them and then framed the men by calling the U.S. embassy and reporting them before planning their escape and discussing the potential to turn the whole performance into a movie.
While there is a time stamp issue in some of the screenshots, the account claims to have personally verified the authenticity of these messages. The account further explained that any fake times would have been created to stop any contentions, but it was important that no one changed the original document.
This new evidence suggests that the Tates may have been wrongfully accused and that the women had planned to frame them long before they even arrived in Romania. The Tates may have been manipulated into believing that the women loved them and then framed for crimes they did not commit.

This case highlights the importance of due process and the need to investigate all claims thoroughly before making judgments. While it is unclear what will happen next, this new evidence should be taken into consideration as the case continues to unfold.
